The summer of 2020 we opened our very own The Factory Gym. This gym is mainly built for making it easier for our busy tenants to work out and be healthier without wasting commute time. But also, to be able to have more fun together with a colleague, because who doesn’t love a sweaty workout?

Workout idea #1
A sweaty and heart-pounding workout with dumbbells. Set a timer of 30 or 40 minutes or how long you have time to train. How many rounds can you do? Choose 2 dumbbells where you can do the same weight on all exercises.
Warm up with 10 minutes on the rowing machine.
Workout idea #2
A full body workout where you also get to work a lot of stomach/core. In order to make the workout more efficient, don't rest too much between sets. Warm up with some mobility training or choose a cardio machine of your liking to work on for 5-10 minutes.
*Superset = When you do 2 exercises after each other without rest between the 2 exercises.
